WLE serves the women business leader's market and the corporations that do business with them. We provide the knowledge and the tools to connect, educate and encourage women leaders to expand their circle of influence so that ultimately all businesses owned or led by women will be stronger and more profitable.
The women business owner market comprises nearly half of all U.S. small businesses, and is growing twice as fast as all small businesses. To capture this market requires a unique, non-traditional marketing approach—an approach only WLE has the expertise to provide.

To capitalize on a winning formula, Andrea was in the early stages of developing a digital enabler for the WLE network when she connected with Vlad. In response to a recent WLE survey and based upon extensive data and market research, Andrea wanted to connect business women globally to learn from each other and have a steady stream of new leads.
Vlad at the time was leading Bistorque, an Australian startup connecting consultants to members of associations. He focused on women business leaders, a segment that communicated differently than men. He was looking for an alliance partner with a trusted
reputation, who could best reach women business owners. Even though they came from different backgrounds, with different skills, they found common ground in their past association with American Express and with their vision to change the world for the better. Separately, they each had a business but realized that through collaboration they could achieve more. Vlad was impressed with Andrea's achievement in the women's arena and Andrea admired Vlad's passion and technical acumen to deliver an innovative technology platform. They make a formidable team….to create a new paradigm for how women do business.
